1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WhatsApp Wizzard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
WhatsApp Wizzard is an AI assistant that reads (read-only) the WhatsApp groups and DMs you grant access to and surfaces tasks, follow-ups, customer asks, and personal reminders into a daily digest dashboard.
The service includes:
- Daily AI-generated digests of new messages
- Task / action item extraction with priority and category tags
- Kanban-style inbox (Pending / Snoozed / Done)
- Per-group muting
- Manual "Sync Now" on demand
- Auto-resolution of completed tasks via AI
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information when signing in via Google
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription & Billing
Free Trial: New accounts include a 14-day free trial, no card required.
Paid Plans: Plans start at ₹2,499 per month and are billed in advance according to the plan selected on the pricing page or invoice.
Cancellation: Cancel any time from your dashboard. You retain access through the end of the paid period.

5. WhatsApp Linking — Critical Disclosure
By using WhatsApp Wizzard, you acknowledge:
- WhatsApp Wizzard automates WhatsApp's linked-device protocol (the same protocol WhatsApp Web uses). This is not an officially-sanctioned WhatsApp Business API integration.
- WhatsApp's Terms of Service technically prohibit third-party automation. Our use of the linked-device protocol is a gray area.
- WhatsApp may, at its sole discretion, temporarily restrict or permanently ban your number's access to WhatsApp Web. Restrictions are typically temporary (24-72 hours) and do not affect your phone usage. Permanent bans are rare but possible.
- Higher-risk scenarios include: very new WhatsApp accounts, accounts that are rarely used, multiple simultaneous linked-device sessions, and rapidly repeated link/unlink cycles.
- WhatsApp Wizzard takes active mitigations (on-demand connection only, region-matched workers, persistent session storage) but cannot eliminate the risk entirely.
- You assume full responsibility for any restriction or ban applied to your WhatsApp number as a result of using the Service. WhatsApp Wizzard is not liable for WhatsApp's enforcement decisions.
If you have any concerns, do not link an account whose temporary restriction would cause significant personal or business disruption. Use a secondary or business number where possible. See our Security page for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Link a WhatsApp account that you do not own or have explicit authorization to use
- Use the Service to surveil, monitor, or extract data from third parties without their consent
- Use the Service for harassment, stalking, fraud, or any illegal purpose
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to exploit the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Your Data & Responsibility
You retain ownership of your WhatsApp messages and the digests we generate from them. By using the Service, you grant WhatsApp Wizzard a license to read, process, and display your linked messages solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to view and process the messages of any group or DM you do not mute — including messages from other group members. Group privacy and consent norms vary by jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, AI prompts, taxonomy, and branding remain the exclusive property of WhatsApp Wizzard / Ultra Labs. AI-generated digests are licensed for your personal or business use.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Modify features, pricing, or plans with reasonable notice
- Temporarily suspend service for technical or security reasons
- Discontinue features that are no longer viable
WhatsApp itself may also disconnect linked devices outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Service provided "AS IS": The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsApp Wizzard / Ultra Labs is NOT liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Issues with AI-generated digest quality or accuracy
- WhatsApp's restriction or banning of your account
- Decisions you make based on digest content
Maximum liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the Service or other users
- Extended inactivity (with notice)
You may delete your workspace at any time through Settings → Danger Zone. Unused subscription days are forfeited per our Refund Policy.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhatsApp Wizzard, Ultra Labs, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including the privacy or consent rights of other group members
- WhatsApp's enforcement actions on your account
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration in New Delhi, India
