Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from the dashboard, no questions asked. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

What is a business resolution number?

A teammate phone/WhatsApp identity whose group messages can auto-close tasks. It does not sync that teammate's WhatsApp account; the workspace still reads only one linked number.

How does Ask-anything Q&A work?

Business and Concierge users get an Ask tab on the dashboard. Type a question like "what did the supplier quote last month?" and get an answer pulled from your own chat history.

Will WhatsApp Wizzard send messages on my behalf?

No. WhatsApp Wizzard is strictly read-only. Auto-reply features are explicitly excluded — they would increase the risk of WhatsApp flagging your number.

Why is there no per-message charge?

Cost scales mostly with the number of active chats scanned and how often we run. The chat caps keep pricing predictable for small businesses.

What happens if I cross my active-chat limit?

We keep the account running and process the most recent active chats up to your plan cap. The dashboard shows the limit warning and you can upgrade for full coverage.

What happens after the free trial?

We do not delete your workspace automatically. Existing data stays visible, but new syncs lock after 14 days until the admin upgrades the account.

I only have a few groups. Which plan should I use?

Starter is the small-business entry plan: 100 active chats and a fixed 8 AM run. Move to Pro if you need manual sync or a chosen daily time.
