Everything you'd want to know before signing up.
WhatsApp Web shows you all your chats — you still have to scroll through 200 groups. WhatsApp Wizzard reads them for you, summarizes each one, and surfaces only the items that need action. Different goal.
No. From their side, you appear as a normal WhatsApp user. WhatsApp Wizzard doesn't post anything to chats and doesn't change your "last seen" or read receipts.
Both. The linked-device feature works on every WhatsApp account, personal or Business.
Each workspace syncs one WhatsApp number. Business and Concierge can add business resolution numbers so teammates' group replies can close tasks, but those are not extra synced accounts.
No. You sign in via Google in your browser, scan a QR with your phone (just like WhatsApp Web), and you're done. No app to install.
~2 minutes. Most of it is the AI doing its first sync of your groups in the background.
WhatsApp's "linked device" mode lets us keep working for ~14 days even if your phone is off. After that the link drops and you re-scan.
Read-only access at our volume has been stable in production for thousands of users. We never send, never automate replies, never bulk-do anything. The patterns WhatsApp flags as spam — we don't do any of them.
Supabase Postgres (AWS-backed), encrypted at rest. Region selectable on the Pro plan. We never sell or share. See Security.
Yes — Settings → Delete account. Every message, digest, and action item tied to your account gets removed in < 60 seconds.
WhatsApp's E2EE protects messages between sender and recipient. When you "read" them on a linked device (whether it's your phone, your laptop, or WhatsApp Wizzard), they're decrypted on that device. WhatsApp Wizzard then stores them in Supabase, encrypted at rest. This is the same security model as WhatsApp Web.
WhatsApp's protocol requires a dedicated process per user. Your private worker = ~$5/mo true cost regardless of message volume. Per-message pricing would be more complex without saving you money.
Starter covers up to 100 active chats with one fixed 8 AM run. Pro is for teams that need a chosen time, 500 active chats, and one manual sync per day.
We do not delete your workspace automatically. Existing data stays visible, but new syncs lock after 14 days until the admin upgrades the account.
Within the first 14 days, full refund, no questions. Outside that, prorated.
No. WhatsApp Wizzard cannot modify pin state — we don't have any code that calls pin/unpin functions. Multi-device sync glitches occasionally cause pins to desync; that's a WhatsApp issue, unrelated to us.
No. The dashboard shows you a summary; the underlying messages remain unread on your phone unless you open them yourself.
Yes. Settings → toggle off the schedule. Manual sync availability depends on your plan.
